POSH REWRITES History- Introducing Sarah Palin for REPublican VP

Only a few hours after the first African American man to serve as a Presidential nominee on a MAJOR party ticket, Barack Obama, finishes a historical speech (scroll below), John McCain makes his announcement.

In this game, timing is everything and it's the Republicans TURN. Everyone is abuzz about McCain's new VP choice - Ms. Sara Palin.


Addressing many issues that may cause voters to choose the other candidates, McCain uses his surprise VP pick-

McCain is OLD- Palin is 30 years his junior
McCain ideals are too close to that of George W Bush - Palin's experience and ideology within the Republican Party and American legistlature are really too short to attach with anyone.
McCain says he can deliver change too - Palin embodies change, at least for the Republican Party. Former beauty pageant runner up and hockey mom turned governor she is definitely not STATUS QUO. Key phrase to remember here is- mom turned governor - she's no Senator Clinton, but she is a woman.

Don't be surprised if she targets the same swing vote supporters, slightly progressive orgs, and women focused groups.


Who would have thought we would see this much diversity in the White House pics in 2008? Whichever Party you choose.... You choose history....You choose change....The major political parties of the United States of America has decided to re-write the history of democracy in less than one YEAR!

And speaking of less than one year...this experience Palin has? What was she doing 10 years ago at 34? Did she know that in 10 years she might be elected VP of the United States of America?

Posh Loves Hillary TOO: What Happens to a Dream Deferred

So as a woman....a posh one at that....it seems LIKE my panties are supposed to be in a bunch because Hillary suspended her nomination... The groundswell of supporters from those in Denver and out are making their voices heard...or at least getting their pictures taken....

So I ask myself...what happens to a dream deferred? Who are the proponents of this dream? Who is still dreaming this dream? AP helped me find out:

There would be an assumption that all supporters of Obama are black...But it's good to see, especially at the DNC, that they are not. It's good to see that they aren't young, or radical, or progressive, or mis-informed about politics. They are posh in the sense that their views are smart and fashionable, but maybe not so much in attire..

In other words, the propronents of this DREAM should NOT wear this outside of DENVER this week. All posh can say is AT least there is diversity in hat size, lense size, and campaign buttons...

Keep the DREAM alive PEOPLE. It's so smart and fashionable to do so....
