Another Celebrity/Influencer/Athlete announces their run for office. This time, it's Olympian Carl Lewis confirming his run for NJ Senate. Yahoo News and AP reports "Lewis has called a 2 p.m. news conference in Burlington County to announce his "political plans." His advisory, issued Sunday night, contained no specific details. However, a party official speaking on condition of anonymity so as not to upstage the 49-year-old Lewis, says the civic activist and four-time medalist plans to run in the 8th legislative district."
Am I the only one who feels like this is comingout of NO-WHERE ? For his sake, I hope there are no steroid scandals on the way... or hookers .... or illegimate children... Just sayin....
